I have a 4 bedroom home with a huge backyard, 3 of the 4 rooms are vacant, and Im looking for someone or a small family (kids are welcome) that wants to come and help me live in it. Im just about never here on the weekends or nights, so you'll pretty much have full rein of the house nights and weekends. The home is in an up-scale neighborhood, is very clean and tidy, and it's very spacious. There's lots of room for anyone especially a small family with kids. Must be fun loving and love kids. The house is located off of Spenard and Turnagain near International Airport. There's no lease or deposit unless circumstances require there to be one. Rent will be due in full on the 1st of every month.
No Smoking. No Pets of any kind. No Drugs. No Criminal Background.
Rent is determined by the number of rooms being rented up to 3 and will include utilities (cable, internet, electric, heat, garbage, sewage).
