No Smoking, No pets (fur, feathers, scales, insects, reptiles), No drugs, and No criminal background. They must be well kept and cleanly, for I run a clean house with no trash or junk laying around inside and out. They must like children and have a good nature. You'll pretty much have full rein of the house nights and weekends (not a party house). The home is in an up-scale neighborhood, is very clean and tidy, and it's very spacious its just been professionally cleaned including carpets and painted. This is a must see. There's lots of room for anyone and its very quiet at nights and on weekends and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is located between Wisconsin and Turnagain near International Airport. There's no lease or deposit unless circumstances require there to be one. Rent will be due in full on the 1st of every month, No Exceptions.
