Looking for a Roommate (Admirals Cove - Price: $650.00 in Anchorage, Alaska

Currently looking for a reliable and responsible roommate. I am very easy going and neat and organized. So I am looking for someone who is somewhat neat and easy to live with. All utilities and no security deposit is required. Apartment has washer and dryer is unit, outside parking, cable and wireless internet, third floor balcony, large closet, private bathroom and elevator. Will be able to save money on groceries for roommate if not military by shopping at the commisary which will reduce amount spent on food. Currently work on JBER and also taking college classes in the evening. Sorry but no pets are allowed in the building.
