Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant, Real Estate in Anchorage, Alaska
General Function
Under the direction of the Director, Real Estate Development and Finance maintains the department?s accounting function for the entire real estate portfolio.  Actively participates in developing asset and development project budgets, analyzes and reports actual results of revenue and cost activities compared against budget targets. Supports the financial decision-making process by collecting, analyzing, investigating and reporting financial data to the Director, Real Estate Development and Finance. 
Minimum Experience
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent  in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and three to five years of responsible experience in budget analysis, operations research, cost engineering, real estate accounting, or cost accounting and proficiency in automated spreadsheet, database and financial management programs or any combination of education and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
